Well, this short appeared in my timeline.

Not wrong. Not wrong at all. You're trying to change anime into something that it isn't. You are a tourist in the sense that Logan Paul is a tourist. By the way, "adult framing" of minors means sexualization of minors, and this guy just doesn't want to be demonetized for saying it.

It's a very sensible form of gatekeeping. It protects this medium from people making baseless accusations against anime fans for liking fictional characters.

That's because you are not criticizing anime. You're making a moral outrage out of anime. You complained about fanservice and sexualization of minors. That is not criticism. That is moral outrage. These are fictional characters. They are not real.

There is nothing wrong with depicting fictional characters in sexual situations for the pleasure of the viewer in the same way there is nothing wrong with depicting fictional characters in deadly and dangerous situations for the sake of the viewers or in situations where they are bullying, murdering, gaslighting, emotionally manipulating each other, it's all for the sake of our own entertainment because fiction is not real.

Your point or lack thereof merely boils down to you making a moral argument out of it by calling people PDF files or shaming them for liking or defending them. This is not criticism. This is moral outrage, and people do not accept moral guardians like you to be in this community because you are disrespectful to the medium, to the creators of the medium, and to the fans who have been in this medium for way longer than you are.

You call anime fans PDF files for enjoying anime characters, and you wonder why people want to kick you out.
