Just another Saturday at the gym. We're getting better. Hopefully we can get some good stuff in in the next few weeks :D

About Us:

Andy- The tall kid in black. AKA The High Jump King he went to state as a Juniot in HS in High Jump. He jumped 6'6" and got Silver. He's got a scholarship to Lake Erie College where he'll be jumping for years to come ;D. His dream is to make it to the Olympics. He's never had any formal training, and pretty much coached himself in High School. So we're hoping with his scholarship at Lake Erie that he'll start shooting up in [jump] height.

Jacob- The red head wearing white. That's me. I run track as well. I do pretty much everything from the 4x1 to the 4x4 to the 2 mile. The only thing I don't exceed in is the Hurdles, High jump, shot and disc. Haha. Anything else I've ran it [and ran it well ;P]

Casey- The camera man most of the time, but he's getting a lot better at pk/free running. The smartest kid I've ever met and he's going to college to be a Psychiatrist (I'm not surprised.)

But that's us. Garret is Andy's little cousin, but that's about it. We haven't had a camera the last few times we've gone out, but I'll make sure I bring it next time. We don't usually go to the gym anymore. Mainly outside stuff.
