This is to show how much of a performance gain a Vulkan abstraction layer over D3D9 can be in very CPU limited games, in this case this is a game where my GPU, a GTX 1080 Ti, is only utilized at 30% because the game is single core, on the same scene with the same graphical parameters (no antialiasing to be sure to not penalize an API over the other one)
By the way sorry I fucked up the video capture, it wasn't maximized before I recorded this with OBS, but it has no consequences on the results.
