You are locked up and need to find your way out. Also, you are tripping out because you have been drugged. Fun, right?
When you wake in the prison cell on the ledge, exit the cell. In a cell opposite to your left there's a note to read, which basically sets the objective for you to craft a grappling hook. Exit the cell and turn right.
Ahead and on your right there will be a fallen gate that you can jump and clamber over. With a bit of exploration you'll find a dead guy with a hook stuck in him that you can acquire. Now head back to where your cell is.
Past your cell at the end of the passage, another cell door opens as you approach it. Go through the cell as far as you can and head to the left through a passage. Beware, there's a guy with a scary mask roaming around the passages. If he spots you it's game over, so you need to stay out of his way. Eventually you'll find a clearing with a dead guy hanging from the roof.
Take the rope and you'll have a grappling hook. Head back the way you came, watching out for the scary guy, and head back past your cell. On your left will be a ledge with a grappling point.
Descend from the ledge using various grappling points, and now begins your exit from the area. As you go down the path you'll see a hut with a dead guy hanging from it.
Wait until the dog and the guard move off to the right, and get some throwing knives from the dead guy. The guard wanders off down the path, but the dog stays. You need to hit the dog in the head with a knife to kill it with one shot, otherwise it barks and the guard returns and you're dead.
Having killed the dog, creep down the path until you see a guard and an alarm tower to your right. Climb up on the building in front of the tower and take out the guard with a throwing knife to the head.
Disable the alarm, take his weapon and drop down to the area below. Ahead you'll see a tower in the mist. This tower contains a weapons cache, and is your next target.
You need to get to the tower, staying hidden from the sniper on the tower and at least one guard who's wandering about. Once you've got to the tower, climb up into it and grab whatever weapons and ammo you want. Climb up to the top of the tower and kill the sniper with another throwing knife to the head, taking his rifle if you want.
You can snipe most of the guards from this vantage point, and also take out the heavy with the rocket launcher. If you zipline down to where one of the alarms is located, you will alert the remaining guards and dogs. You can take care of those with your machine gun.
Having dealt with the guards, you can go through the gate and head on down the path to the end of the mission.
