1: First thing you need is to unlock Ultima Buster in the monster arena. This is done by capturing 5 of every monster in the game

2: Unlocked the Ultimate weapons for Tidus and Wakka
2B: Craft armor with the following abilities: Auto- Haste, Auto- Protect, Auto-Phoenix and 1 empty slot to fill in later for all 3 of your characters.

3: have all overdrives unlocked for Tidus and Wakka specifically Attack Reels for Wakka

4: have the abilities Cureaga, Quick Attack, and Entrust for the 3 characters you'll be using.

5: grind the monster arena to unlock Strength, Defense, Agility, Accuracy, and Magic Defense orbs and get 255 stats in these 3 areas Str, Def, and magic defense by going through and upgrading the sphere grid

6: once you have all that select Ultima Buster and fight him. The main strategy is to use quick attacks and build up your overdrive gauge as you characters take damage. You will need to land 2 and 1 full over drive gauge attacks with Wakka or Tidus doesn't matter who goes first. Use Entrust from the 3rd character to fill either Tidus or Wakka's overdrive gauge back up.

Basically it would be 2 attack reels and 1 blitz ace or 2 blitz ace and 1 attack reels and at least 20-30 quick attacks and he will fall.

The weapons he drops contains the Triple AP, Triple Overdrive and Overdrive = AP.

you want to at least have him drop a weapon with 3 slots attached to it and 2 slots having Triple Overdrive and Triple AP abilities on it as if you unlocked all the monsters in the arena all the items you get from doing so you'll eventually get 99 doors of tomorrow and thats more than enough to put Overdrive = AP on your weapons or you can get lucky and he'll drop a weapon with all 3 like he did in my video.
