Farming Simulator 2017: No Man's Sky gameplay Part 10( pathfinder update ) normal mode
Time to get to work on the actual base! I got a decent amount done. I did a bunch of stuff in an episode that didn't even get recorded, so you guys missed out on some details of construction. But I try to go back over things here while working on new developments.
I am thehumblehunter on twitter, patreon, gofundme, reddit, and instagram... I am The Humble Hunter on facebook.
Have some mods:
CarbonLife(the thing that lets me charge life support with carbon instead of thadmium):
https://nomansskymods.com/mods/carbonlife/
Intimidating Sentinels(don't know if you guys have seen this one yet):

Remains(the skeletons of ancient beasts):

Alien Structures(the big alien artifacts I almost run into regularly):

Flight Model(the one that lets me go in reverse and... well, I'm not spoiling anything):

No Air Particles or Fireflies(you don't see it, you don't want to see what it makes go away, trust me):

I look for rigogen. Spoiler Alert: I actually find it.
I also find fossils, or rather, the skeletons of ancient beasts. And alien artifacts. Big ones.
At around 9:00 in part 9, you can see what a gay bull looks like, at least how I would picture one.
Put the ship in reverse a bit, jumped in a cave for a bit, and found the formula for glass.
Sentinels busted into my base. 2 of them, just hovering there. And they were in my base so I could not shoot them!
Also, I ran into a diplo.
But overall... not... much... happened.
Gotta learn how to fly again. Yeah, you have to kind of know what you're doing with the flight mod installed for No Man's Sky. I literally bounced off of a space station where the vanilla game would certainly have auto-pulled me in.
Did some quests, but since I already had the materials, there wasn't much to them.
Still working on my Ackbar voice.
I look all over for the habitable base I wanted to relocate my base to on the Cave Farm, but there was no longer a habitable base on the entire moon.
So, I end up having to build my base on the planet below. It's better than nothing, I suppose, but not ideal.
I finally get some stick time on the Roamer exocraft. It's just what I hoped it would be!
Crashed ship? Too few slots. New multi-tool? Too expensive!
This video is not choppy! I did a right.
The video is choppy, but I'm pretty sure I know why, so the next one... won't be choppy.
Let's name the base together! Our community will decide the name unless no one suggests anything. But I will delay naming it for a few videos.
We begin building a base, which this video series will focus on. If I progress towards the center, it will most likely be a progression that is needed to grow the base.
In this part, we build a construction terminal and a science terminal, recruit a few aliens, including a korvax, and craft some items from resources we already have on hand. Apparently we reach the milestone of talking to 20 aliens.
Cool. I guess?
Roadmap: Base, freighter, center
Then the game resets. But if we get that far, I'll be starting a survival permadeath run. If I don't before then.
I am going to try to cut out the boring farming stuff unless I have interesting or useful things to say.
