I'm about 85% certain that the wizard got my emo farmer man high off his tits when he gave him that potion that made him "one with the forest" and now he's seeing spirits. I mean, hillbilly mountain town with low population and a farmer trying to fulfill these arbitrary goals set out by imaginary cylindrical beasts that nobody else except the dude who breathes in "magic vapor" castoff from the "potions" he's brewing in his tower...
