79It's time to archive another game from the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 era and today we take a look at a Fast and Furious game. Nowadays Fast & Furious has become a global phenomenon that has sprung over 10 movies, but back when this game came out we were only on 5 films.
The series was not that outrageous yet with its stunt and took itself a little more serious. Later F&F games were supossedly pretty bad, but this game was actually made by some developers behind the Burnout racing series. Now Burnout rocks so this game actually is surprisingly decent in some aspects.
The driving feels thrilling and action packed and the crashes of your rivals are still cool and satisfying to this day. Some sections that hold the game back are parts where you don't get to drive behind the wheel and get a weapon to shoot at incoming bad guys. Luckily you often have the option to play as both the driver or the gunner, so it does not happen often where the game forces you in this position.
The story and cutscenes are pretty forgettable, but overall the game was not as bad as I expected.
