I came up with this while practicing my Any% Normal run, turns out it can save up to 4 seconds if you move perfectly. If I timed it right, anyway, but it definitely saves time as you don't have to wait for things to turn blue. That said, this is risky since if you miss a tumor or the star you're pretty much screwed.
