Category: All Operations - Beat every single operation in the game once, that is, the 40 story ones and the 14 extreme ones, from a new file.
Timing starts after the disclaimer information before Prologue and ends when the last rank is given in the episode select screen.
This was the World Record time for this game's category as of March 1st 2017, and was beaten in June 1st 2017, during the Brazilians Against Time marathon. You can find a video for it not on my channel, but on the event's channel, or even on speedrun.com. Keep in mind, this refers to the known and confirmed times only, since for all we know, someone could do this faster but never uploaded online.
The Any% part of the run was incredibly solid, with a few mistakes but nothing too major. RNG was also all over the place, but was overall favorable. The X Operations part was a huge trainwreck. I had a death in X-7 as Kimishima because I failed to draw a star, it took me 3 minutes to deal one tick of damage as Derek in that same operation, I let out some spaghetti on several operations... It can be improved by a lot.
Sub 2 hours might be possible with extreme luck, but I personally find it very unlikely.
