INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Get a pad/stick with turbo function

2. Set your medium attack to "A"

3. Go to local battles and select Hit (the other characters don't matter)

4. Pick Cell/Android 16/Nappa for your opponent (I chose them for their large hitbox, although I'm not sure if it really matters)

5. Set your turbo button to keep pressing "A"


NOTES:

1. Haven't tried all the characters or stages, but Hit seems to be the best/fastest.

2. Every match seems to play out identical unless you go back to the lobby to reset it. My fastest run was with 273 seconds left on the timer (in the video there's 267 seconds left)
