This is the fastest Dark Templar Rush possible in StarCraft II, Heart of the Swarm (works in Wings of Liberty too). In this video I show you a build order that is not all-in, but can put 4 dark templars into your enemy's main base using a Warp Prism and kill first worker at 6:40 in-game timer mark. Not stoppable, or blockable because the Warp Prism will drop in their main base where ever you want. Against Zerg, you can rearrange the buildings so it blocks the entrance.

Here is the build order:
7th Probe: Minerals
8th Probe: Pylon
Build 9th Probe, ChronoBoost Nexus, Build 10th Probe
Build Assimilator (when 75 minerals)
Build 11th and 12th Probe, ChronoBoost Nexus
Build 13th Probe
When Assimilator finishes, in sequence send 3 Probes to mine it.
Build Gateway (when 150 minerals)
Build 14th and 15th Probe, ChronoBoost Nexus
Build Assimilator
Build 16th, 17th, and 18th Probe

When 16th Probe is out, set destination of Nexus to location where you can create Cybernetics Core

When Assimilator finishes, in sequence send 3 Probes to mine it.
ChronoBoost Nexus

17th Probe should go to destination. Use it and build Cybernetics Core, and queue it to go to second pylon location (usually back of mineral line).

Set Nexus destination to minerals. (before 18th Probe goes out)
Build Pylon with 17th Probe (when 100 minerals)
Build 19th Probe in waiting right after pylon is made

When Cybernetics Core is finished, make Twilight Council, Robotics Facility, Warp Gate Transformation, ChronoBoost Cybernetics Core, and build 20th Probe.

Put destination path of Robotics Facility to head towards your enemy's base location (in 4v4, usually in the back hidden between two enemy bases, but in this video I show 1v1).

ChronoBoost Cybernetics Core (when 25 Nexus energy).
Build Dark Shrine and Gateway (when Twilight Council finishes).
Build Warp Prism (when Robotics Facility finishes).

ChronoBoost Cybernetics Core if distance to enemy is short. If not, ChronoBoost Robotics Facility instead.

Build Two Gateways and a Pylon (in sequence when minerals available).
ChronoBoost Cybernetics Core
Build final Pylon

When Warp Gate Transformation is done in Cybernetics Core, immediately turn 2 of your Gateways to Warp Gate.

If destination to enemy is short, you can drop 2 Dark Templars into their base right after transformation. If destination is long, transform your other two Gateways to Warp Gate right when they are done building.

After dropping DTs, immediately ChronoBoost Gateway (first round you should be able to ChronoBoost 2 to 3 Gateways depending on how far the enemy is).

Keep dropping DT's. You should kill the probes until they are pulled. Once pulled, kill the main base until it is gone, then head to expansion if any. If Terran enemy, second warp in should have Stalkers (because usually they try to lift off). If scanned, pull DT's away and come back when scan is over.
