This is time lapse photography made into a movie so you can see how a big building's foundation is built. On average, it takes about 5 months to make the foundation. After that, you can start building columns for higher floors. At the beginning of the film, the foundation of the building is being built. This foundation is actually the ground of the parking garage (Floor -1). Then, the ceiling of the parking garage (also the ground of the Floor 1) is just finished at the end of the film (awaiting cement).

Note that this foundation was build using an alternative way. Holes are dug down into the ground and dynamite are place to blast holes downward into the bedrock. This is different from the method of pounding a girder into the bedrock.
