First Thread: Stranger in the Rain. Ayane is tasked with finding and protecting a young girl named Tsumugi, who has gone missing on Mt. Hikami. Unlike the main characters, Ayane does not have the Camera Obscura to defend herself. Instead, she relies on stealth to avoid spirits as she searches for Tsumugi. Using her ninja skills and a special purple thread that reacts to Tsumugi’s presence, Ayane navigates the mountain’s haunted locations.

Second Thread: Purple Ties. After locating Tsumugi in the first mission, Ayane must escort her out of the mountain. However, the journey becomes increasingly dangerous as they are pursued by vengeful spirits. Ayane must continue to use her stealth abilities to avoid confrontation while ensuring Tsumugi’s safety. The tension rises as the spirits grow more aggressive.
