Step 1) Disconnect and reconnect the Controller
Step 2) Restart FC 24
Step 3) Non-Steam Users: Add FC 24 to Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/about/ ) (Make sure FC 24, EA App is close before you launch the game)
Step 4) Non-Steam Users: Add EA App to Steam EA and launch EA app and then launch FC 24
Step 5) Launch Steam as an Administrator and then launch the game (Make EA App is close before you launch the game)
Step 6) Delete the Settings folder from FC 24 Documents folder, disconnect & reconnect controller on your PC. Launch steam as an admin, launch FC 24 through Steam
Step 7) Make sure to disconnect other peripherals such as mouse/keyboard, additional joystick, controllers. Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, if you have any virtual controller (Vjoy etc.), disable/uninstall them.
Step 8) Configure the controller

Step 10) Steam Users: Disable Steam Input, now go to Steam Controller Settings and enable Steam Input for Xbox/PlayStation Controllers- restart the game
Step 12) Steam Users: Go to Steam's controller setting and enable generic controller support
Step 13) Launch Steam in big picture mode and then launch the game
Step 14) PlayStation Controller users: Install reWASD /DS4 Windows
Step 15) Xbox controller user: Install Xbox Accessories app
Step 16) Use wired controller
