F.E.A.R. Combat is a free game for skirmishes on the Internet and the local network, which was released by Monolith Productions, Inc. in mid-August 2006. The program is no different from the multiplayer mode included in the basic version of F.E.A.R. We have 5 basic game modes at our disposal (Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Elimination and Control) and another 5 in Slow Motion versions. The game also offers all weapons included in the original product as well as 19 maps, some of which are dedicated solely to a specific mode, for example: Capture the Flag. F.E.A.R. Combat offers a kind of a novelty, namely: the Punkbuster system which enhances the overall gaming experience by preventing all kinds of cheating.
