There is a HUD and subtitle scaling patch on PCGW. I had to edit steamapps/compatdata/21090/pfx/drive_c/users/Public/Documents/Monolith Productions/FEAR/settings.cfg in order to get the 16:9 resolution to stick.
System specs:
* CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D (+ Deepcool LE720)
* RAM: 2x16GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4-3200 CL16
* GPU: ASUS TUF RTX 4070 Ti
* Storage: 2TB Intel 660p (OS), 2TB Crucial P3 Plus
* PSU: Corsair SF750 (SFX, 750W, Platinum)
* Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic MINI
Distro: CachyOS, KDE Plasma, X11
Game capture was done using a separate PC, so there is no performance loss.
