Feena is another of the old characters of this game. She was released the 14 october 2015 and got rebalanced along the way to reach the current state. Strangely though, she still doesn't have an FLB despite having two SR (one christmas and one event).
Her kit is quite simple:

1) Nuke with 25% def down (single sided) on first skill
2) 30/30 crit buff on ougi
3) 2/8 guaranteed TA on third skill
4) Other self, 50% atk up and special effect on dodge (100% charge bar boost) on second skill
5) Passive giving her a special stack for every triple attack she does. (20% ca dmg 10% ca dmg cap up per stack, up to 60%/30%)

The second skill in particular has a strange synergy with Andira's second skill. As you know, Andira's second skill has a 100% hostility rate causing all attacks to focus the character affected by that skill. Combining it with Feena's second skill it gives you a free turn of avoiding all damage (plus it gives a free ougi to Feena).

I'd really like her to get an FLB in the future (maybe together with a mini gob SSR?!).
