I'll be honest here, I don't like Suzaku's skills at all. He goes against everything that wind stands for.
He wants to get damage in order to activate his Geass skill (only way for him to deliver decent damage) and his counter damage, but all wind characters actively try to stop him by using shields (Nio, Andira, Grimnir), blind (Summer Yuel), charmed (Nio), Coma (Nio), Mirror Image (Raphael, Tiamat), etc...
You'd think the third skill would help, but the huge cooldown (8 turns) and short effect length (3 turns) makes it pretty underwhelming unless you're deep into enmity.
He'll probably still be useful for new players, but at that point I'd just suggest them to farm Arcarum and get Monika asap as she'll give a much better and reliable experience.
