Lelouch is finally here and he looks like a rather decent dark buffer/debuffer for new players.

His kit is rather simple:
1) Ougi gives everyone 10% charge bar boost
2) First skill is a nuke with 20% def down (one sided)
3) Second skill is a special buff (Dark atk (20% first call 30% second call) + DA/TA (numbers not available yet)) and a special local debuff reducing debuff resistance (3 turns)
4) Third skill is a def buff party wide (50% def up) and a special debuff that can only be applied when the enemy has max charge crystals. When the enemy uses a special attack the debuff trigger a 500K plain damage nuke that applies a local petrify.
5) Usual Knightframe passive lowering charge bar gain.
6) Stamina passive for the entire party (as long as Lelouch has more than 50% health)

I don't think he's going to get any usage for endgame players, but I'm sure new players will like a character that is able to buff the entire party.
