Female Designs in Fighting Games Make NO Sense

So with the release of Street Fighter 6 and the announcement of Mortal Kombat 1 (weird name, should have called it Mortal Kombat 12), I decided to do an analysis on female fighting game designs. There's not really an even balance between decently dressed and revealing clothing for female designs, even though it should be obvious how to design and lean a character towards how much skin they want to show. It seems like past fighting games like Mortal Kombat 9 and modern fighting games like DOA6 or Street Fighter 6 are the blunt of two extremes and it's been hard to find a middle when it comes to these characters' designs. We haven't fully seen how females will be dressed in Mortal Kombat 1, but hopefully we'll see more revealing outfits on a character-to-character basis, instead of just having them all covered, or having them all clothless. Balance child, we need balance.
