I remember getting Fester's Quest for Xmax back in 1990 and oohh what a challenging year that was. This game might have been the game that helped me develop my rapid firing skills and some endurance along with it.
The whole game's difficulty is based on how long you can tough out mashing that button! Along with narrow spaces and infinite spawns. The game punishes you hard by STARTING YOU BACK AT THE if you dare die.
Once you know the layout of the game, it's not so bad. Just make sure your arm and finger are ready for the onslaught.
