Let's beat him at lowest level, and without any equipment or items.

Gogo has 47714 HP and will counter every attack with lethal ones. Apart from Meteor (which he can use to counter spells), these counters can only hit one target (however he will counter twice if you attack him with 2 weapons equipped).

Beside that, he will never attack... as long as his HP are belong 33000. Once they go under 33000, he will start to cast strong spells every turn (3 spells per turn), starting with a triple Meteor. Obliviously I can't survive these spells, so I must either hide when he casts them or never give him a chance to cast them.

With the time limit (he will flee after around 2 minutes and 20 seconds), I can use 3 bards to deal around 32000 damages by using Rapid Fire with Monk fists, but there is usually a critical hit among the 8 hits, so I can first deal a little bit less than 14000 damages, hope that he won't kill my damage dealer, then use Rapid Fire and hope that I will get at least 1 critical hit.
