The crystals fight was a really hard one. They always use physical attacks when their HP are higher than 3000 (they start with 7777 HP), and always an elemental attack on the whole party in the other case (Left=Aeroga, Up=Firaga, Right=Aqua Breath, Down=Earth Shaker).
To sum up, each Crystal, except the Earth one, must not be able to attack when his HP are under 3000. In addition, I must rely on the Samourai ability Shirahadori (dodge 25% of physical attacks) at least in the first turn (there is always at least 2 Crystals that attack before Faris).
However the Crystals have 2 weakness : they are not immune to Death and they are not Heavy monsters (so they can be hit by a lot of spells like Gravity). The only way to cast Death at this point of the game is to release an Aquathorn, and with a 27% accuracy, I can't hope to hit the 3 dangerous Crystals.
So I came with the second weakness : cast Mealstrom thanks to a Sandcrawler (41% accuracy) to kill them right after with a single spell. However I can't kill both the Fire and the Wind Crystals with a single spell, so these 2 must not be hit at the same time by Maelstrom.

I must use a Knight against Gilgamesh, or his powerful Excalipoor will most likely destroy my team (and it's not even a joke !).

It's really bad that I used this cheap way to beat Exdeath, but there was no other reliable strat to beat him. The main threat is that he likes to use Vacuum Wave (pretty much 33% odds at each turn), and this attack inflicts Sap status so even a Knight isn't enough here.
