Dullahan is the first boss in the game that will use a preemptive attack at the beginning, and it will hit everyone. He always hits the character with the least HP left compare to max HP, so I can cast Wall only on one target if Jiro doesn't have enough time to cast it on the whole party. However if his attack hits someone without Wall but doesn't kill him, the character will be sent in the back row and then Dullahan will start to use a strong attack against the back row pretty much every turn.
