Land Shark will cast Heat Laser most of his turns, and as it's both a physical and magical attack, you can't negate it with either Wall or Walla. Now the really bad point is that it wipe out the whole team (except Marumaru thanks to his Shield Earring), so Land Shark must never use it, and it requires a lot of luck, even if he only got 2 turns to use it.

His first form has around 2700 HP so as long as he uses a physical attack, it doesn't matter if he kills the target or not (I can kill him with 3 or 4 Flarus).

His second form has around 3200 HP, deals less damage (don't ask me why) but is incredibly faster. This time he must once again use a physical attack on someone, but he must not kill the target (ie the target can be anyone but Kluke and his previous target), and I must have enough time to cast 5 Flarus before his next attack.

Now this is where the extra experience I got previously (in the previous segment and in the Kelolon fight) make an important difference. After this fight, Shu, Jiro and Marumaru barely reach level 20, which is a cap to unlock a new class, so Shu unlocked Barrier Magic, Jiro and Marumaru unlocked Generalist. Then I spent my 6 Generalist Hearts on Jiro and Marumaru so that they learn Accessory +1. This allow me to equip them the Black Belt and the Leather Belt for the next fight, and you will soon understand why it is so important.

Also I got a lucky gold drop in the fight (6435 gold), which was unexpected but nice.
