0I do a loop-dee-loop with party three to hit all the switches and kill the Green Dragon. This way I can fight Kaiser while next to a save point, and I have a clean path to Myria.
The indoor junk areas contain only beefy enemies that show up alone. Umaro hits single targets very hard, so he has no problem with this.
The palace enemies are a bit trickier. I don't have much control over what I do, unfortunately, which means that Assassins Vanishing themselves have a huge potential to be dangerous. I never encountered Assassins in this video, but the 2x Veteran 2x Madam battle came very close to killing me with instant death attacks.
The Green Dragon is very simple compared to the other dragons. I stole Nakar's Gau strat here and had a pre-poisoned Gau Rage Orog. This nerfs the Green Dragon's status attacks, Raid and poison attacks in one fell swoop. In other words, the only thing he can hit Gau with is the occasional physical attack or Death Claw counters. These are very unlikely to kill me through Gau's evasion. If I was really worried about Death Claw, I could also have Gau run (and therefore not attack) until he regained HP from poison, but I deemed this too tedious to bother with. Gau's Holy is also pretty solid damage. Everybody else just stays alive for a while and does some extra damage.
