This is a new boss that was added to the Avalon's Soul dungeon, and he's a bit annoying, but not that difficult. He's quite similar to the Dullahan we fought in Guru's Mansion, as he tends to counter attacks with Death Sentence. He has some elemental attacks, as well as stuff like L.4 Flare, a few status inflicting attacks like Chaotic Disaster, Ninth Dimension and Flare. He can also jump from time to time, and he casts Forsaken as a final attack. Most of his dangerous offense is only single target, so it isn't too difficult to keep everyone alive. Just make sure your team isn't primarily a level that's a multiple of 4, or he can kill everyone with L.4 Flare. Reraise helps a bit here, but is not entirely necessary like with other bosses. Ghost Biker is weak to earth, so just have your team floating and use Quake on him while keeping everyone alive.
