I thought this already existed on Youtube, which is why I didn't make this video a few years ago, but now it seems the old video is gone, so I decided to make it last night.

Anyway, if you use codes to unlock all the Key Items, you will find three items that cannot be obtained within the game:

- Letter to a Wife
- Letter to a Daughter
- Mystery Panties

This was done before going to the temple, and the game certainly doesn't like that I have the Lunar Harp already. It also doesn't like that I have the Basement Key, as I haven't defeated Lost Number, and it reacts to Keycard 68 as well.
