191. The Ultimate Rule: Anything called "Ultima (whatever)" or "Ultimate (whatever)" isn't. There's always at least one thing somewhere in the world which is even more.

Two things in this case. Good ol' Ulty is harmless because all of his attacks can be dealt with easily. In the ground battle, he uses Quake2, his physical attack and Ultimate Beam. In the air battles, he only uses the thunderball and Ultimate Beam, so these are even easier. Shadow Flare is only used when you defeat him.

The thumbnail is from the North Corel battle. It's not shown in this video, but I thought the yellow background was so cool, I just had to use it.
