This battle actually requires a little strategy. He can only use Big Bomber four times, so I defend and wait until he's out of Big Bomber ammo. Energy Ball doesn't deal that much damage, so I can start throwing Grenades then. I don't use more limit breaks because they deal crap damage when you're facing towards him.
