FFX-2 NALLG 05-A Baralai Part 1 of 2

The battle with Baralai is the first real tough battle faced, not because this guy is tough (well, he can be) but because I desperately wanted to learn Drill Shot, the Blue Bullett only he teaches.
To make things worse, Baralai can attack all girls at once and even ignores EVA. He also uses Drill Shot as a counter only, so in order to have him use it we have to waste a few turns. Not to forget one of his skills can inflict Stop.
My survival strategy thus had to be thought through pretty tough.His skill that inflicts Stop is only used at the girls with highest current HP. For that reason, Yuna got Highroad Winds GG, which features a Stop immmunity node. Rikku was mainly on support duty and desperately needed more DEF, so she got Stonehewn GG which has 4 +15DEF nodes. As for Paine, she was mainly used as Songstress to buff +DEF song. Songstress, however, is pretty weak and even with +DEF buffs she gets loads of damage. That is why I decided to give her Downtrodder GG, granting double HP passive. Although it is true Baralai is not immune to Power Break, it about never connects.
Even with all that taken into account, the battle is quite intense until about 5 songs are up. Yuna eating Stops works out rather well, with some nice Alchemist support things get easier all the time. After a while, it comes to provoke counters from Baralai. Easier sayd then done, yet not as hard as the beginning of this battle. Killing Baralai is a joke, too.
