The hardest boss in FFXII, in my opinion. Although, I don't remember him being this hard in vanilla. Basically, I went with the usual strategy of Decoy/Reverse on one character, since not everyone can cast them anymore in IZJS. One mage is on a supportive role, and it's vital to keep him/her alive (at least until Omega's life is below 25%). Equipped Vaan with the Seitengrat, the game's strongest weapon, while having others in reserve -- equipped with other strong weapons, while berserked.

I lowered Omega's defense with Expose multiple times (I think Wither works on him, too) before attacking him. Then I unleashed berserked characters one by one, only to replace one with the next upon dying. They die pretty quick, since Omega also attacks characters that are too close to him. When not berserked, the safest place to go when another character has Decoy status is probably just behind one of Omega's feet. I switch leaders from the main attacker (Vaan, in this case) and the mage (Balthier) from time to time, depending on the situation.

Omega's attack can push back characters, with a high probability of inflicting berserk. Being the archer in this case, Vaan was eventually pushed out of his firing range the moment he stepped into the arena's pathway section by accident and became idle -- so, that's something to watch out for. Had to switch to Balthier (since Vaan got berserked) and make him move closer to Omega to lead Vaan back to his attack range. I made an error with Balthier when I went really close to Omega, resulting in a KO, but I'm lucky it's at a point when Omega has less than a quarter of health remaining. In the end, it all went fine. Well, almost barely. Turbo mode is activated in this video, FYI.

There's actually a more interesting way to deal with Omega, and that is to have your main attacker wear a White Mask (under Decoy status), while another character (a Knight) targets that him using Excalibur, while under critical HP (more combos come out this way). Here's the demo for this:
