Yolteotl Divinicus is a friend of mine. A friend that passed away March 21 2020 due to esophageal cancer.

He was diagnosed with Barrett's esophagus in 17, due to the fact that sometimes food would be caught and he would throw up. He never had symptoms of heart burn even. They discovered it was cancer. They started treatment, cutting out a bit of his esophagus and reconnecting it. He was on a feeding tube for awhile. They thought they got it all. They scanned him, and they had not gotten it in time. He had little tumors in different areas, but continued treatment due to them being small....until this past Feb. He had really bad stomach pains and delayed going to the ER. When he did go, they realized part of his intestine had migrated into a hernia (he knew about the hernia) and got pinched and died. He had surgery to fix it, but I believe the stopped treatment due to the surgery. The cancer had gotten to his pancreas. It was only a matter of time, a very short amount of time. Fluid was on his lungs, developed into pneumonia....and then he passed.

He loved FFXIV, even played it before it was reborn, jokingly (or maybe he was serious), saying that a fat chocobo should've come down destroying the world.

Since he loved this game so much, and it was free, I decided I'd play it, just for him and his memory. So here it is, my first foray into FFXIV and any online Final Fanyasu.
