A really quick sample of Cachexia I in P6S Hegemone. Groups and pugs often have trouble with it so I thought to share a ranged PoV. This uses the "Hector Timers" strat orientation of 20s North, 8s on second row, 12s on third row, and 16s on 4th row.

Could also change 20s and 16s position to risk them not getting clipped by the 8s debuff people I suppose.
