-The biggest unknown for at the moment: how much of Meteion remains? I think the Meteia are largely conscious. They're entelechies, and they said they "add their voices" to the souls they took in. The despair of those souls impacted them heavily.

But I still believe the Meteion we spent so much time with is still in there somewhere. She talked about being overpowered, not convinced.

-The team-up between Emet Selch and Hythlodaeus to get me out before the memory wipe was wonderful. What an adorable dynamic those two have.

-I'm not angry at Hermes. I'm really not. I just feel so sad for him. He was reaching out to the universe itself for some sort of hope and found the literal opposite.

And he STILL is being fairly measured in his response! I wasn't expecting the sort of memory wipe test he proposed. Brilliant move. Still hoping to be wrong.

-I was surprised by just how much the Meteia explored. I had thought they'd just gone to the stars and checked for survivors to interview. But no! They actually went back .

-I feel so bad for Venat. The others have a hard road ahead of them too - Emet Selch has all that loneliness awaiting him - but KNOWING what awaits her in the Final Days? Just... sounds so much worse.
