in order to get the sands need a level 90 fisher. in ruby sea barrier isle area. you will be spearfishing orthardian lumpsucker. its a slow medium size fish. make sure collecters glove on you can catch the fast medium fish and veteran trade it so the lumpsucker will be the only medium fish to pop up making it easier to catch. its a tricky one so pay close attention.
