Final Fantasy XIV Patch 4.1 and Patch 4.2 news dropped durring the latest letter from the producer live #39 this morning. Patch 4.1 is releasing on October 10th, 2017, so not too much longer must players wait before diving into all the new content.

New battle system changes to a handful of jobs, and from the outset it seems like Summoner might be the big winner here, but WAR, NIN, SCH, DRG are all getting updates to their abilities. We'll know more when the patch notes are released next week.
