Nintendo through the Nintendo's creators program has announced that Streaming on YouTube is not allowed for any of their games, this is a bold move and in the wake of PewDiePie saying the N-Word live (even though it was on Twitch and not YouTube) are these events related, is Nintendo at war with Felix or streaming in general, what happens next to ideas like fair use, and how will this all play out in the long run.
