When lost locating Jabberwock for the 2nd time at Costlemark, this might help. Cube Puzzle begins at :50 and is the southwest check mark when all others are down.

Also (spoiler) if doing this for the very first time there will be Fire Giants and a Naga with other enemies sprinkled in the Tower.
