Next iteration of some FFXV nonsense.

First glitch allows you to warp to the beginning of the dungeon from anywhere on the map, even where the game normally tries to lock you out of it.

Second glitch provides the chance for multiple menus on the screen. Collision and textures can disappear if you venture far enough from Hammerhead, so it can be used to go OoB.
