I used Shakespeare here because of his low cost, but any Servant that can provide a 20% charge, preferably with some sort of damage buff, or def debuff, will work. If the third wave HP is low enough, could even just use the Mages Association Mystic Code instead of the Combat Uniform, and free up that 4th Servant.

Can also be 6 CE if going against Assassins or Berserkers with low enough health to not need a Black Grail.
