Mecha Eli can be replaced with someone else should you not have a kscope for her. Alternatively you'll have to facecard. Or you could use Medea, I guess? Sanzang is great if you happen to have her!
Paracelsus can alternatively hold a charge CE (even the 3* Ryudoji Temple or 3* Dragon's Meridian CEs are fine) which allows you to use Skadi as support instead of Waver.
