A 1-credit clear of the arcade game Fighter's History [fghthist], played with WolfMAME 0.242. Score: 753,400. Read on for some strategy notes on defeating the CPU player and clearing the game - a lot of this is stuff I learned from @gemubaka :

The main moves I used are:
- Double German (DG), half circle back + HP
- Jumping medium kick (MK)
- Charged punch (hold back, then forward + HP) or kick (same thing but with HK)

The AI seems to be able to switch gears - it'll react a certain way for a while, then try doing something else. After playing a while you'll get a sense of what it's going to do next, and whether it's in the mood to get hit by a certain attack.

Ray: Try to do your Double German (DG), half circle back + HP, just as he comes into range.
Ryoko: Back up, poke with HK or counter with DG. When she's downed or when she does her slow ducking punch move, fire off your charged punch move, and keep doing it as she gets up.
Jean: Jump in with MK and if you hit follow up with DG, if he blocks the jumping MK then block his reaction, repeat.
Samchay: Similar to Jean, but this time air trades are better for you and your jump-ins are less likely to hit. Back up a tick then jump in with MK. You want to MK him in the air, or jump in MK (followed by DG or block)
Lee: Neutral jump MK to start the round. Jumping back and forth (toward and away) with MK can be good.
Marstorius: Jump away + HK, repeat. If he hits you, retaliate with DG when you hit the ground.
Feilin: Turtle power! If she jumps in, use your strong charged kick; if she ducking kicks you or throws an air fireball, retaliate with your strong charged punch.
Matlok: Similar to Jean - jump in with MK, follow with DG or crouching block. Jumping at him on wakeup doesn't seem to work well, just let him start advancing.
Mizoguchi: Jump in with MK then ducking block; if he does a move you can punish hit him with ducking HK.
Clown: The easiest fight of all. Defend, then use charged punch to retaliate after blocking his ball attacks.
Karnov: Similar to Mizoguchi. Jump in with MK then ducking block; if he does a move you can punish, hit him with ducking HK.
