For the mirror match, hit down then up then punch 2-3 times then block then repeat until first knockdown, then block to run out the time. For the final boss, keep dashing back (with button 3) and block until he glows and morphs into another character - when he does, block the special move, charge down and attack to stun, charge down and attack once more. If you have ki charge and keep dashing back, he won't do anything, so you can run out the clock.
