So I went into this session thinking that my main concern for my city was running out of coal or not keeping up with consumption. I never could have foreseen that my scouts would bring back news that a would scare my entire city. Nor could I predicted that panic would lead to a group trying to leave the city along with timeline when the plan to leave. This came at a weird time because my city started experiencing a series of cold days that rose my discontent which lead to people joining this weird preparation for this exodus from the city. This whole session spent trying to balance out heat and taking step to lower the discontent spreading out throughout the city.
