Barely completed the 1cc...with 1 maybe 2 hits left on my last life. Felt good to get that down! Unlocking Insane requires 1cc on Hardest...and as this playthrough showed me I am not quite ready for that. Death Island, then the elevator. Then also the wrestlers are really tough and so is The Boss. Would probably need to not die a single time and try to explode as many guys as possible to get as many lives as I can.
