1) First text file contains the information that particular ID(R.D.) have dues left or not.
2) Second text file contains the information about applicable amount against the respective IDs.
3) Third text file have information about the person and dues.

It get information about IDs which have left dues.
Then it get the applicable amount of respective IDs from second text file.
Then it updates the third text file against respective IDs.
