This was a nice challenge run.
All that adding Co-op Monsters and Items does to Go2It is thatmakes you fight a bunch more Cyberdemons but gives you much more Cell Ammo to compensate, plus an additional Megasphere, otherwise its just the standard Go2It experience with Fast Monsters.
The Map has a hot start. The first 2 Cyberdemons can be dealt with pretty easily using the Mancubi to start a massive infight, which softens up the Cyberdemon quite a bit for easy pickings with the SSG. Running into the courtyard helps getting rid of the Spider Mastermind as there are many more Cyberdemons there and dealing with the Cyberdemons themselves can be cheesed by pumping rockets/shotgun blasts/plasma from the room that overlooks the courtyard as the Cyberdemons can't reliably hit you. The Cyberdemon stuck in the ceiling can be cheesed by shooting him at an angle on the stairs up to it so no trouble there. The one underground, can be a little tricky to deal with, but its not too hard to get rid of if you start an infight with the Mancubi behind it. The Cyberdemon in the Pinky Room can be a little tricky to deal with, but it just boils down to timing your BFG tracers, if you can get the Arch-viles to infight with it, it softens it a little, but since Cyberdemons are immune to blast damage, it will only be taken down over a long period of time. The final 11/13 Cyberdemons are just annoying to deal with, I just lure them to where I can reliably hit them and take cover (the cave) and start shooting them with Plasma/Rockets when all of them are in position, just don't choke and they will slowly be taken down one by one. The last 2 are just easy to deal with since you're only dealing with one at a time and have plenty of room to manoeuvre, but just don't choke.
As for the run itself. It was fine though I played it extremely safe and took very minimal risks. I'll be honestly my play was kinda sloppy especially nearly dying to blowing myself with my own rocket and getting Zapped 4 times by the Arch-viles in the Pinky room, but despite that I'm kinda proud that I beat this level on UV+
