Neurosphere is pretty easy for a Plutonia map, so I certainly wasn't having too many issues with this map. Pretty much straight forward, and plenty of powerful Health & Armor pickups can be found from here. I think Neurosphere is the prettiest map in all of Plutonia, there are satisfying visuals everywhere, combined with curved walls, simple but well used texture combinations. When I think of perfect classic Doom level visuals, I think of Neurosphere.
